Fee Schedule

Group A: Brighton Area School District Sponsored Events

  • Drama productions, music, band, choir concerts, National Honor Society, special parent/student activities, financial aide night, etc...
  • Community Education Sponsored Events
  • Brighton Area School student, faculty, or staff organizations.

Rental Fees:  N/A

 

Group B: Local (Livingston County) non-profit organizaton sponsored events

Non-Profit/tax-exempt organizations. To be included in this category, the requesting organization must be qualified for exemption under section 501 (c) of the Internal Revenue Code (non-profit, tax-exempt status.)

Rental Fees:  $75.00 per hour rental

Reimbursable expenses (included but not limited to manager, custodial, lighting and/or sound technical labor).  Groups will only be charged for the expenses in excess of the employee’s normal scheduled hours, plus any related payroll expenses.


Group C: Commerical/non-profit (out of county) or profit organizations sponsored events

Commercial/non-profit (out of county) or profit organizations. Must apply for authorization prior to receiving facility use application.

Rental Fees:  $150.00 per hour rental; $1.00 per ticket sold or seats filled, whichever is greater

Reimbursable expenses (included but not limited to manager, custodial, lighting and/or sound technical labor).  Groups will only be charged for the expenses in excess of the employee’s normal scheduled hours, plus any related payroll expenses.


General Information for all Groups:

If an audience of less than 600 is expected, the balcony will not be opened.

Rental fees are based on three (3) hours.

Multiple sequential uses may be negotiated (e.g. Friday, Saturday, Sunday performances during a single weekend).
